How to report an issue

Use the support contact shown at checkout or on your purchase receipt. Include enough detail for us to locate and evaluate the issue:

• Publication version and page number, or the exact website URL.
• The statement, image, link, worksheet, or layout issue involved.
• Why you believe it is incorrect or inaccessible.
• A current official source when the report concerns law, safety, recalls, travel, or agency guidance.
• Your preferred reply address, if different from the order email.

Do not send payment card details, firearm serial numbers, government identification, medical details, or other sensitive personal information.

Review standard

Reports are evaluated against current primary sources, the exact manufacturer's materials when applicable, and qualified professional guidance. Viewer comments, retailer claims, and unsourced summaries may identify a question, but they do not settle a technical or legal claim.

Priority

Safety-sensitive, legal, broken-delivery, and accessibility-blocking issues receive priority. Minor wording, typography, or formatting reports are grouped into normal edition updates.

What happens next

If a correction is confirmed, the affected online copy or future PDF edition may be updated. Material changes should be recorded in the publication change log. A correction does not replace the reader's duty to verify current official information before acting.
