7-Day Refund Policy

Seven days to open the Playbook, inspect the framework, and decide whether it is useful for you.

The short version

You may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase. Use the support contact shown at checkout or on the purchase receipt and include the email address used for the order.

Eligibility window

The request must be submitted within seven calendar days after the recorded purchase time. Applicable consumer law may provide additional rights, and this policy does not reduce those rights.

How to request a refund

  1. Find the support contact on the checkout page, delivery email, or receipt.
  2. Send the order email address and, if available, the order or receipt number.
  3. State which Buy Smart, Own Safe edition or bundle you want refunded.

Do not send payment card details or sensitive identity documents by ordinary email.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method by the checkout provider. Bank and payment-network processing times may vary. Access to the digital product may be withdrawn after a refund.

Abuse and duplicate transactions

We may review duplicate, fraudulent, or abusive requests and may ask for enough order information to locate the transaction. Any decision remains subject to the checkout provider's rules and applicable law.

Keep the pages consistent

The checkout refund setting and receipt language must match this policy before launch. If checkout displays a different seller policy, contact the seller before purchasing.
